Habitat Minnesota’s Growing Team

A letter from our CEO, Cristen Incitti

This August at Habitat Minnesota, I’m excited to share a refreshing new phase in our leadership. Becca Seidel has been promoted to Deputy Executive Director at Habitat Minnesota. With the growth of our organization, increased programs and services, expansion of our lending and grant programs, and the possibilities of new programs forthcoming, we’re thrilled to be adding to our leadership and recognizing the impact Becca has had on our network and our mission. I am looking forward to working with her in this new role and seeing the impact it will have on our work. I hope that you will celebrate this acknowledgment of her leadership in our network with me.

Additionally, we’re excited to share that Ambar Larsen joined our team on August 7 as our Lending & Grant Program Specialist. And, we have also posted for a new Lending Director.

One more staffing update, Kaitlyn Meyers’s position has changed as well! We’re looking forward to seeing the impact of her work as our new Education and Research Manager! Kaitlyn has led our networking calls, the affiliate conference planning, and our data report work in the past and will continue to do so. We’re expanding our work in these areas to ensure greater access and awareness of the various research and measurement tools available through Habitat International, deploy new outcome measurement resources, and expand our training program offerings. This leadership opportunity reflects Kaitlyn’s strengths and experience and the needs communicated by the network in these areas.

We are thrilled that our team is growing and that our programs and services are getting a refresh!

Thank you to all of our ongoing supporters. Your commitment to Habitat Minnesota’s programs and services allows us to expand and offer more opportunities for the Minnesota Habitat network. We’re a stronger network because of your partnership.

Take care,

Cristen Incitti
